What is your return policy you ask?

Are you not loving your order? I am happy to accept online returns within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 14 day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged, clean condition and from a smoke-free environment.

To make a return, please email info@tanjafischerart.com with your order number. I will help you process your return and provide a shipping label for your purchase. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the US Post Office. Once I receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund of the item(s) cost minus the return shipping cost to appear on your original method of payment.

Shipping is so expensive. What are your shipping rates?

I offer FREE standard shipping!! Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. I typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the season. If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. I cannot be responsible for carrier delays.
